Nancy Hoskins has an extensive background as a weaver, an instructor, a writer, and a researcher. She has an MS in Interdisciplinary Studies (Art History, Art Education, and Fine Arts) from the University of Oregon, and taught weaving at Lane from 1981 to 1996
