Request or Renew a Device
You must be enrolled in classes at LCC for the term in which you are requesting the loan to qualify for a device loan or to extend your existing loan. The loan duration is for the term. You will be given the opportunity to renew the loan at the end of the term.
Chromebooks provide access to browser-based software such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Moodle, and other online resources, including connections to Zoom meetings.
Laptops will be reserved for students needing to use software that cannot run on a Chromebook. Students do not have the capability to upgrade software or install additional software.

The laptops we have are Windows 10. There are no Apple devices available to request.
Spring 2024 Computer Request Form
If you need a device for the next term, the updated computer request form will generally be out two weeks before the term starts.
Pickup or Return
Pickup devices from the SHeD desk located at the entrance of the library.
