Valentine's Day Events
Don't forget your sweetie, galentine or favorite study buddy! The Library Makerspace will host two crafts for Valentine's Day — button-making and linocut printing. Join us Feb 12 and 13 from 11- 1 PM. We have everything you need to make a special token of love. Button-making will be in Center Bldg (just outside the Library), and printing inside the Makerspace. Come craft with us!

Visit LinkedIn Learning for streaming media courses on AI topics. Here are some examples of courses you can take: Google Gemini: Get Started with Google’s AI Assistant, Generative AI Toolbox by Pearson, Canva Essential Training, and Generative AI Productivity Hacks with Miss Excel. There are many, many more! There are longer courses taking several hours as well as many that are under an hour.
Incorporate Videos into Your Classes
The Library provides access to over 100,000 streaming videos via our Kanopy, AVON, and Films on Demand platforms. You can search our catalog, then narrow your search down to "Streaming Videos" to find individual titles. Or you can contact your liaison librarian for help finding a relevant one. We love streaming video!
Black Literature Display
Visit the Black Lit display for our annual feature of poetry and literature by Black Americans. From Ralph Ellison and Zora Neale Hurston to Jesmyn Ward and Percival Everett, Black Lit reflects an awesome range of Black experience and creativity.
